I am elated to now be offering private yoga sessions in person, as well as virtually. One session is 75 minutes long and will be personalized towards your specific needs and goals. Whether you are new to yoga or you are an advanced yogi I want to support you exactly as you need. As we work through customized movement and breath work I will offer you time at the end to journal and reflect. I believe this step is equally as important as the asana portion of our yoga class.

In Sanskrit the word “yoga” translates to “yoke.” To yoke is to meld, connect, to bring two elements together, and to unite. In this session we will unite movement with breath, music with emotion, and journaling with processing whatever rises up for you in that moment.

Each session may look a little differently. Some days you may need more movement and less journaling and discussion. While the next week you may only want 15 minutes of opening movement to then share what’s on your heart and mind. Wherever you are, I will hold this sacred, intimate space for you as you need.
